Ulcipa/El Jaguar- Dark Roast

Grown on a mountain in Mexico with lots of rain and humidity and sourced from many small independent growers. The fermented finish brings out the honey-like quality of the bean. The light roast has very low acidity. The dark roast has a very deep sweet taste with lots of flavor.
