Sumatra – Dark Roast

Comes from another island in Indonesia. It is essential to get only the finest grade
because otherwise, what’s the point? Both the light and dark roasts have low acidity.
The light roast is very fruity – as in grapefruit with a smooth lemon taste at the end –
with a deep flavor with chocolate tones. In the dark roast, the taste of lemon disappears
and is replaced with a smother, sweeter taste. For good reason, this is one of the world’s
most beloved coffees.
